@planetbeing: I strongly suspect AppSync is causing the problem with Weather given the syslogs I’ve gotten.

@planetbeing: People are reporting uninstalling AppSync AND rebooting are solving their issues. YMMV.
有人发现卸载AppSync后重启能解决这个问题，你的经历也许会不同。
@planetbeing: Try having AppSync uninstalled and deleting com.apple.mobile.instalation.plist, com.apple.LaunchServices-045.csstore and rebooting.
尝试删掉AppSync和com.apple.mobile.instalation.plist, com.apple.LaunchServices-045.csstore ，然后再重启。
